Baby at 10 months old.

Dear Cepheus,

After waiting and getting us worried for so long, your bottom teeth cut finally through your gum. Your mummy was so very worried that you gonna grow up "bo gey" Lucky for us, you are not affected much by your teething except that you drool alot more and refuse to take milk. However, you love to drink water and you can hold up and drink from your mug all by yourself.  You are also able to pull yourself up and stand on your feet while holding on to the sofa or to the side of the play pen. Although you still are not able to stand steadily, you love to jump up and down and attempt to move about on your feet.

Baby seperated from mummy for 1 week

Dear Cepheus,

Your mummy went away for a week to USA for business trip. We sent mummy off at the airport on her day of departure. I guess you are too young to understand the fact that mummy is going away and you will not be able to see her for the next few days. You were too busy looking and exploring around the airport with your eyes and did not give much attention to your mummy. She couldn't bear to leave you and was carrying and holding on to you tight and is worried that you doesn't miss her and drift apart from her while she away.

During her absence,  you managed to learn to crawl forward. I recorded down the video and posted in on facebook for your mummy to see. She was kinda upset that she wasn't around to witness it. As usual, you mummy came back from her business trip with countless gifts for you. You are also able to sit up steadily by yourself without our assistance at about 9 months old.

Chinese New Year visiting was tiring for us as you are really sticky to us and doesn't allow other relatives to carry you. Thank goodness we purchased a car earlier in January and it was much easier for us to bring you around. When it comes to you, mummy is always willing to spend big bucks!

P.S. All the ang bao money goes into your saving account. We didn't take a single cents to recoup/cover our "losses"

Baby falling off the bed

Dear Cepheus,

You fell off the bed with a big thump this morning. Your mummy left you on our bed and went off to make rice cereal for you. However you are a brave boy and you stop crying after a while. We have decided not to leave you on our bed unattended ever again. It was really frightening for us and it breaks our heart to see you crying so hard and loud. Your mummy was feeling so upset and kept blaming herself for letting you fall off the bed. Luckily, there's isn't any big bumps or bruises on your head. Just some light red patches.
